I don't think there's much I can say about Wikis that anyone else wouldn't have said by now. I think we're all pretty familiar with Wikis, what with using our staff Wiki every day at work.
As we've found with our staff Wiki, they're a great means of communication. Instead of sending a bunch of emails to all staff members when I need to say something, and worrying that I've left someone off the list, I can just post it onto the Wiki and know that everyone will be able to read it. The best part is that people can then edit my post, or respond to my post, and again all staff will be able to see the responses and be kept in the loop with any issues.
